Extremely pleased with our room. Quiet location only a few minutes drive town. The room was presented well. Freshly painted, new furnishings and carpet. Large windows over look the lawn and garden and garden. My only criticism is that they didn't replace the light fittings when renovating.overal good value.

We stayed here for 3 nights over the Waitangi Weekend in a Two Bedroom Apartment. It was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable. Great shower pressure and kitchen amenities. We stayed in unit 11, great for the kids, the playground is within view and the pool is directly in front of you. The managers were friendly and helpful and a quick drive to the town centre. We will be back to stay again, thanks very much!

It's very old-fashioned in my opinion. It is clean, though. I think it needs renovation. The bed was comfortable.

Friendly hosts. Pool was nice. Great bbq area with big lawn and 2 full bbqs. Nice quiet spot on the edge of town but not far from shops etc. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Our arrival was a bit difficult, as we didn't receive any check-in information. Although we arrived on time, the reception was unattended, and we received no response to our messages. This can be very expensive for tourists who then have to call to inquire. Unfortunately, we were in the older, rear living area. The kitchen was very worn. The duvets, towels, and window blinds were not clean. It was very noisy; our apartment was on the ground floor.

Don't stay here if you want a good night rest. Room is not sound proof at all. Stayed at level one and could not sleep as people in level two caused loud noise when they are just walking in their room. Can hear everything they saying. Kitchen is badly equipped. Toliet does not have shampoo and bath soap. Old worn down. The motels closer to town looks better.
