About the event
This training is intended to prepare you for working at the bar. It imparts knowledge about the procedures for bar duty and the legal and hygiene requirements for working at the bar.

The briefing will provide you with all the knowledge you need to successfully complete bar duty:

– What is involved in preparing for the shift? (What needs to be considered? Where can I find the necessary materials?)
– How does a bar shift work? (How is the beverage storage organized? Where can I find what? How do I handle food correctly? How do the devices work? What do I do with the empties? What needs to be considered regarding hygiene/cleanliness?)
– What needs to be done after the shift?
