The slopes are in good condition and everything worked well for skiing, the same cannot be said about the customer service. When buying tickets at the cashier, the language used was really rude and the voice was raised towards the paying customer.

My daughter really liked it and I heard that Mimmi's lessons were great. It was relaxed and natural to be with her. My daughter got good snacks and lessons in skiing and she herself was surprised at how well she learned and dared to try, a big thank you to Mimmi for that❤️

The adventure park was a nice place. Although, at the beginning, we would have liked more information about the tracks - which ones are suitable for beginners (e.g., of the family tracks, Kipinä is clearly already challenging for beginners). In addition, the end of the cable slides in the upper park was challenging; it requires agility and good fitness to crank yourself up to the platform on the left side of the slide.

Hi, We were on a backpacking trip with our child. The customer service was otherwise good, but the staff couldn't take our large backpack on their backs while climbing. We were "allowed" to leave it at our own risk next to the storage lockers. No traffic, not many people, no situational awareness.

Really good climbing courses for kids! Thought it felt expensive at first but didn't really understand the scope of the facility; We were probably there for 4 hours and then there was more to do. Will be back!
