Restaurant Madame B

We were kind of disappointed with this restaurant. Given the reviews and the Michelin recommendation, we expected a much better experience for our lunch. We got some peanuts with our wine, which gave us the impression to be at a corner bar instead of a good restaurant. Then, they got my second dish wrong, because I said it in English and the waitress didn’t understand it, even though I used the exact same words as in the menu and pointed it out. Some of the dishes were good, some were kind of brasserie level, what doesn’t agree with the price and the image they try to sell. It’s not a bad place, but it is also not the fine dining I expected.

Two excellent experiences at this restaurant; impeccable service and cuisine.

Great food, especially the beef tongue which was just perfect. The service was good and made us feel welcome in many ways. We loved the atmosphere which was very intimate. This was our best dinner in France in a while! Highly recommended, if you are in Bordeaux this is a must.

A wonderful discovery thanks to our children who gave us this restaurant as a gift for our 45th wedding anniversary. We wouldn't have gone there on our own. We were very pleasantly impressed by the quality of the food and the impeccable service from our friendly waiters, Mael and Camille. We especially appreciated being able to create our own menu by choosing from several courses, starters, and desserts. A flawless experience from beginning to end. And we found the value for money excellent. Thank you to the whole team.

The quality, the subtlety of the flavors, the research, everything was there for a delicious meal.

It had been over two years since my last visit, and I wonder why. The restaurant has improved significantly without raising its prices. An unforgettable explosion of flavors. Everything was excellent. Thank you to the chef and his team, as well as the very friendly waitstaff.

I came to the Burdigala hotel restaurant for dinner to celebrate a birthday. We received a very warm welcome: the quality of the service and the food were excellent. The set menus offer very good value for money.

We had a wonderful experience at Madame B.'s. The food was delicious and the wine selection was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and welcoming (especially Maël!!!). I highly recommend it :) Oh, and they speak English very well!!

One of the best meals I had in France. You can truly feel the chef’s passion and dedication in every single dish. Even without meeting the chef, I could taste the love, care, and heart that went into every plate. Every dish is exceptional. Highly recommended
