They don't really care for the Gasts, they just think on the money. I tried to contact them about s booking cancellation and I was just kind of ignored. They will always take advantage if possible. So much disrespect with me. I will never even think in stay there after what happens. Thank you for nothing

Worst hostel experience I've had in a while. The staff were extremely rude and made it clear they had zero interest in being helpful when requested. For context: when I was simply trying to buy a bottle of water, the staff were extremely rude. I never used any racist language. When the staff were rude, I told them it would land them a 1-star review, and they told me to "go ahead." Now that I have, they are trying to slander me. Do not trust this management or their fake responses.

Worst hostel experience I've had in a while. The staff were extremely rude and made it clear they had zero interest in being helpful when requested. This unwelcoming attitude ruined the entire vibe of the place. When you pay for a hostel, you expect a community feel and basic support, but this place fell flat on both counts. Not worth the price tag—look elsewhere. Edit: The hostel's reply below is a complete fabrication to deflect from their terrible customer service. First of all, this interaction happened at 1 AM, not 7 AM. Second, I do not drink alcohol at all. I went to the bar simply because I was thirsty and looking to buy a bottle of water—which, ironically, their bar doesn't even sell. Making up malicious lies about a guest to cover up for rude staff is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place.
