Vozdushnyy Ekspress

I was just in this hotel yesterday. It's terrible. A total scam. It's far from the airport, a long bus ride away, so you can take a taxi for 1,000 rubles. It's a tiny, cramped, cold room with no window. There's not even a kettle, let alone slippers. The carpet is dusty and dirty, you can't walk around barefoot. If you didn't know this was Moscow, you'd think it was some run-down village from the past. I wouldn't recommend it.

The most disgusting place!! The room is 7-8 square meters instead of the advertised 12-15. The only way to get there from Terminals B and C is by taxi, which costs 1,000 rubles. The website says there's a free bus, but there isn't one! The room is the size of a train compartment, the bed is a shell, and the sheets are dirty. For 3,500 rubles for 6 hours, it's terrible. You'd be better off checking into Space Station and taking the same taxi there! There's no connection from any of the terminals here!

The worst place I've ever stayed in. The rooms aren't as advertised: 2.5 by 2.5 meters, literally just big enough for a boxspring bed. No window, no TV, no outlets! But there's a garbage chute. The toilet is drafty and smells like sewage. It's cold and damp. The distance from the airport is over 6 km, not 300 m as stated in the description. For 4,000 rubles plus taxi fare, you could have rented something better than this dump. You should be ashamed to rent THIS! I can't even bring myself to call it a hotel.

The hotel is located OUTSIDE the airport, in the Aeroexpress terminal, and the only way to get there is by taxi, as the Aeroexpress doesn't stop there after 9 PM. There are no signs in the terminals, nor are there shuttles. Right next to this hotel is the Cosmos Hotel and Holiday Inn, which are decent hotels. The room was very small, the bed was terrible—I don't even know where such mattresses came from. The linens were clean, but the bathroom was very small and basic. There wasn't even drinking water in the room. It was a mistake to book it, thinking it was inside the airport building, and the information on their website was incorrect—there are no shuttles. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews beforehand. For that price plus a taxi, you could have gotten a decent hotel with breakfast. There was a nice woman at reception who helped me with my reservation. (I booked a double room, but upon check-in, the system downgraded it to a single—another unpleasant surprise.) Also, when ordering a taxi, it's best to go to the Yandex Go counter; the hotel's shuttle isn't on the map! Overall, I definitely don't recommend it. For anyone traveling, this hotel is outside the airport terminals, and you'll need a taxi to get there. The information on the website about some shuttles is inaccurate; there are none. Terrible, I don't recommend it.

For 5,100 rubles for a six-hour stay, plus a return taxi, you can get a decent hotel. The room is tiny, the shower is even smaller with a curtain, the TV doesn't work, and the website gives completely incorrect information. There was one person in front of us, and it took over 30 minutes to check in. It's a shame I didn't read the reviews before booking. I strongly recommend it!

Horrible place! Don't trust the description! Yandex Taxi doesn't come here; the trip ends at Terminal C. From there, it's up to you... We got there by bus at night, not very close, tired with luggage. No accessibility. The room is 5 m2. The bed creaks. There's no window, poor ventilation. But it's clean.

It's a shame I didn't read the reviews. The website is a lie: there are no shuttles to the hotel, which was key when choosing. At night, you can get there by taxi for a "modest" 1300 rubles.

Everything is just as the reviews say. The hotel is inaccessible, there are no signs, and who would have guessed it's on the 5th floor of a train station building? Taxis are expensive, and the bus is difficult—it's a 20-minute ride, then a 20-minute walk. The room smells of sewage, it's stuffy, and the toilet is located at the head of the bed. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Scam. The terminal where the hotel is located is out of service. There's no information about this ANYWHERE. I booked a room in March before heading to the airport. Payment went through immediately, of course. A couple of hours later, when we arrived at the airport, we realized we couldn't get to the terminal by the interterminal train (either a taxi for 1,000 rubles, or a bus and a 30-minute walk). There was no information anywhere about the hotel being inaccessible from the main terminals!!! They refuse refunds! They don't respond to emails! They don't respond to complaints. The girl at reception knows nothing. If we had known in advance that the interterminal train wasn't operating, we wouldn't have booked with this scam!!!!!

The hotel is located OUTSIDE the airport. Why they lie about being inside the terminal is unclear. One of the Sheremetyevo employees called them scammers who are ripping people off. After learning it was a 10-minute drive, I canceled my reservation. They promised a refund within 30 days. It's been more than 30 days, they haven't returned my money, and they're not responding to my messages. It's up to you to decide whether to deal with this "business."

A rare dump. A windowless den, a crumbling bed, a mattress that presses its creaky springs into your back. I regretted saving time on a workday morning commute to the airport. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
