▶️Synopsis:
While most children go on summer holidays every year, 8-year-old Basri heads to the Macedonian mountains in the summer. His family has been involved in shepherding for generations. The tradition is continued by three older brothers who take care of hundreds of sheep and cows, protected from wolves by loyal Sharplaninac dogs. This summer, Basri tries to learn the trade from his brothers. He enjoys the wilderness and the feeling of freedom, and faces the challenges of unforgiving nature, far from the adult world. For him, it is a dream life, while the older brothers grapple with uncertainty about their future.
