Overall, I believe this accommodation falls far short of what one would expect from a true boutique hotel, and I'll explain why. The moment you enter the room, you get a clear feeling: everything is meant to convey modernity and sophistication, but the result is a bit of a letdown. It gives the impression that the renovation or design was rushed, lacking the care and attention to detail that characterize an establishment of this caliber. Decoration may be a matter of taste, but some aspects are beyond subjective: cleanliness, maintenance, and the quality of the materials used. Both the rooms and the common areas show a lack of upkeep that completely undermines the "premium" experience the hotel tries to offer. Stained doors, dampness, broken lamps, and a strong musty smell in some rooms are just a few examples of the problems found. On the culinary front, breakfast deserves a positive review. The selection is varied, plentiful, and of good quality, with enough options to satisfy different tastes. The Gong Bar, located by the pool, also offers an interesting menu for a bite to eat during the day. However, the service was excessively slow: we waited nearly an hour for nachos and a poke bowl, even though there was only one other table occupied at the time. The pool area is undoubtedly one of the hotel's biggest draws. It features two pools on different levels, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers that allow you to comfortably enjoy the surroundings. They are also open 24 hours a day, and the water temperature is very pleasant for swimming. So, is it worth it? In my opinion, no. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel to family or friends, as I believe the value for money falls far short of justifying the price. The overall impression is of a hotel that aspires to project an image of exclusivity, but whose execution and maintenance don't live up to that promise.

A very good experience during our stay. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I especially want to highlight the incredible dinners the hotel offers. The breakfasts were very complete and of good quality. Without a doubt, a very good option for enjoying a few days of rest. We would gladly return.

Our stay has come to an end, so it's time for a quick recap. The hotel's location is good, although it's a bit far from the city center. Parking at the hotel can be a problem during peak season. The hotel itself is modern, just like our room. The room features a fully equipped kitchen. There was also a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. We received two bottles of water daily. The room features a spacious wardrobe, a bed, a TV, and a modern bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and shower. The room was air-conditioned and met our expectations. Breakfast was included in the price, but unfortunately, it was a major drawback – it was practically the same every day. The service throughout the hotel was very friendly.

This hotel has been a real find. I discovered it three months ago, and I come back whenever I can. It's a place where you can disconnect from everyday life, and all the staff are friendly and very professional. There's a particularly charming and attentive woman from Andalusia who makes spectacular piña coladas and a tiramisu that transports you straight to Italy. Everything is absolutely wonderful: the rooms, the facilities, the decor… It's marvelous.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the swimming pool area was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.
