I went to the showcooking 'Sofly' and it as incredible! The food was really special (that plantain was crazy), mind-blowing flavors, and the vibe was super! The music was also really on point. Highly recommend it!

We went yesterday after a concert at Sala Apolo for some wine before heading back to the hotel, and we loved it. We enjoy tasting wines and discussing them with sommeliers to learn and exchange opinions, and you don't always find places like this; Fluid is one of them. They also have their own wine, a unique blend of rosé and red aged in stainless steel, which allows you to appreciate the primary flavors and the great work behind the winemaking process.

It is with considerable disappointment that I must comment on the recent changes at the former La Viciosa, once a cherished FLINTA* establishment in Barcelona. While the new management ardently displays their commitment to inclusivity via prominent signage, their actions suggest a rather peculiar interpretation of safe space policies. In an interesting twist of irony, sharing personal experiences of certain conflicts or mentioning specific geopolitical terms results in immediate removal - a decision typically delivered by staff whose aesthetic choices, while perfectly valid, seem somewhat at odds with their role as arbiters of inclusivity. The management's understanding of systemic oppression appears, shall we say, selectively curated. They have managed to achieve the remarkable feat of excluding the very demographic they claim to champion, apparently based on the grave offense of holding differing viewpoints. As for the musical offerings - they have achieved a perfect sonic representation of their grasp on nuanced discourse: zero. - On a related note regarding the recent comment made by Fluid, I would like to express my perspective as a foreigner residing in Catalunya. Having experienced homelessness numerous times, I have developed my proficiency in six languages through street life. It is essential to recognize that using terms that describe certain demographics—particularly in light of past personal experiences, such as sustaining injuries during multiple violent street theft—does not inherently indicate a racist sentiment. I have no need for lessons from bar owners. When I occasionally visit a bar, I approach it with an openness to experiencing the diverse fabric of society. My intent is not to step into an environment where I would face a barrage of politically correct teachings that may lack understanding of the challenges and experiences any customers may have endured. I believe that restricting free speech and promoting a culture of cancellation can further alienate and potentially radicalize individuals. Instead, fostering open conversations may lead to greater understanding and empathy. A skills you obviously do not aim to practice. And by the way, I don't "identify as", for "identifying as" only implies one is not. Queer just became a rainbow capitalist label nowadays. I am a woman, your transvestigative and 'flagging' attitude isn't needed; nor inclusive.
