I often stay in different hotels in different cities. It was my first time at Menora Hotel and overall my first impression was positive. But. Given my needs, when booking I asked for an invoice and a certificate in a clearly defined form. I received the documents on Friday, but they did not contain the necessary information. I deliberately did not make the payment, since the hotel staff assured me that they would provide corrected documents during check-in. During check-in, they did not provide me with the documents, but they promised that everything would be ready by the time of check-out. For my own comfort and in order not to cause unnecessary inconvenience to the staff, I paid for the accommodation using the previously issued invoice. Regarding the accommodation itself. The room was clean and tidy, but it was not without its shortcomings: the bathrobes were burned by cigarettes, the window did not work and did not close, and the air conditioning system functioned unstable and not always when it was needed. I would rate the breakfast as "good", but here too a strange situation arose. The day before, I filled out a questionnaire regarding breakfast preferences, handed it to the reception and separately specified the possibility of receiving breakfast in the room. They confirmed this possibility and even agreed on a specific serving time. The next morning, breakfast was not delivered. After calling the reception, I was informed that all breakfasts are served in the Hummus Bar, but if desired, they can bring it to the room. Of course, I agreed. However, I received breakfast in plastic containers, without coffee or tea. Formally, the service was provided, but this is not at all the level of service that you expect from a hotel of this class. The most interesting thing began during check-out. I expected to receive documents for accommodation and already paid services, but I was informed that they were not ready yet. The staff politely assured that the documents would be promptly processed and the originals sent by mail. I trusted them and left. The next day, the reservation department reported that the payment from me had allegedly not been received, although I had previously provided a bank receipt of a successful payment. After clarifying the circumstances, the funds were returned to my card. My bank confirmed that the return was initiated either by the hotel or the hotel's bank. I did not see a problem with this and simply made the payment again. But here the main question arises. When it came to the re-payment, I was asked to do it urgently. When it came to the documents, which actually started this whole story, I still have not received them. I also did not receive any clear explanations regarding the terms of their provision. In summary: Menora Hotel gives the impression of a decent and comfortable place to stay. However, the level of organization of internal processes, communication between departments and work with documents in my case turned out to be so low that it crossed out all the positive impressions of the stay. Unfortunately, after such an experience, I see no reason to return to this hotel again and cannot recommend it to my colleagues or acquaintances.

I stayed for one night at Menorah Hotel, Dnipro. The hotel is in the center, our work forum was held here, so the choice was not mine. But I definitely wouldn't choose it a second time and I won't recommend it. It all started with the check-in. The reservation was confirmed quickly and that's probably where all the pleasant things ended. We arrived by car, but there is no parking at the hotel. They didn't even give us a basic hint where to leave the car. The room... honestly, it feels like everything was left there about 10 years ago. Furniture, red carpets, curtains, everything is already morally tired. The only thing that pleased me was the mattress. Really comfortable, I slept well. The bathroom is a separate story. An old shower cabin, a hairdryer screwed to the wall, and for it to work, you have to constantly hold the button. It's not even funny anymore, it's annoying. You also have to wait for hot water, it's not there right away. Breakfast is a total disappointment. Everything is cold, even the scrambled eggs that were just brought out. The choice is minimal and tasteless. And finally, the storage room… it's just "hug and cry". The impression is this - the location is good, everything else is not.

We stayed at the Menora Hotel for a training organized by the Polaris program. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is polite and attentive to details. The food is delicious and varied. The few days flew by unnoticed thanks to the genuine hospitality and service. Very satisfied with the stay, we recommend it! ps: why the "Shabbat" button is still not understood.
