Impressive service
Excellent food and friendly staff, would highly recommend.
We stayed at the Sitwell Arms Hotel as guests at a wedding reception. We found all of the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
Good food and friendly staff.
Popped in for tea with the missus and 3 dogs. Sat outside to eat (5/6/26). From the second the barman asked us what we would like we knew we would be looked after. Great selection of drinks. The food was excellent. Really pleased. Tasty and plenty of it. We will definitely be back. Great staff have made an excellent evening dog walk. Won't be needing supper tonight!
Lewis is always so helpful and patient, makes sure we are always well served and as a regular customer it’s always a delight to see Lewis when we walk in. - Linda and Penny, 28th of May
We got married at the Sitwell Arms in April. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better day. Everything went perfectly. Karen was our point of contact and always responded very quickly to any queries we had. We had a 3 course wedding breakfast, my only real criticism was that the potatoes weren't that fantastic - they were a bit dry, but maybe we just got a "bad batch" because the other guests didn't have any complaints. And to be honest if the only thing that goes a bit wrong on your wedding day are the potatoes then I'd say our luck was in! The cheesecake (upgraded our dessert) was absolutely delicious!! I didn't have any of the evening buffet - I was too busy partying but the feedback that we've had was that it was lovely. We paid extra for the lake access, personally I think it was necessary for the best photographs. Worth nothing that it costs £10 per hour, per room for an early check-in. A few of our guests found this out as our ceremony was at 1330 but check-in wasn't until 1400. Id definitely recommend to others! From the ceremony, right through to last orders we had a fantastic day. The staff were lovely, and Sharon who was running the show on the day couldn't do enough to help us if we needed anything (not that we really did as we're very "chill" brides). The rooms could do with an upgrade but they didn't impact our day at all so it's not really worth saying much more on the matter.
