Free Support Group for Youth

For whom?
For LGBTI youth who feel the need for support, information, and ways to deal with issues they face.

Minimum age: 18 years.

How will the meetings take place?
The topics discussed in the meetings will be established according to the needs of those present. Below you will find a series of common issues frequently faced by members of the LGBTQ+ community. You can select from them if you feel they fit you or you can specify through a free response.

How to prepare for the group?
There is no need to prepare. The only important aspect is to know what you want to get from this group and what you are willing to offer (understanding, empathy, support, etc.). There is no obligation to speak or share.

At the beginning of each meeting, we will review the rules we commit to respecting during the approximately two hours to ensure the creation of a safe space.

The main objective of the group is to provide a safe space where everyone feels comfortable receiving and giving.

What is the support group not?
The support group is not a social space. We will try together to diminish the internal discomfort from a psychological perspective generated by the issues we face.
