Regent's Park Intro Laps

A gentle, supportive and informative session for anyone who wants to ride with us in a casual, no expectations way. Suitable for any kind of roadworthy bike, we'll spend the first hour introducing some group riding techniques and doing a few laps of the inner circle of Regent's Park. Afterward we all head to the cafe for a chat and get to know each other a bit better. 

Open to all women, trans, and non-binary people of any ability and riding experience, no membership required. Sign up via our [RiderHQ events page][1].

This is held monthly on the second Saturday of the month. It is facilitated by Velociposse members who volunteer their time to lead this ride. Occasionally we may have to cancel due to bad weather or volunteer availability so please check before attending!
