Short-term Counselling Group: Healthy Relationships

Applications are now open for our free short-term counselling group from August 4 to 11, 2026. This 6-week short-term group is a safe and affirming space for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals (18+) to explore what healthy relationships look like.Please note, this is not a therapy group. We are taking an educational approach through a mental health perspective to cover topics such as communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, attachment styles, and navigating relationship dynamics specific to our community (e.g., cisnormativity, minority stress, polyamory/ENM, and chosen family).Meeting DetailsLocation: Rainbow Resource Centre, 514 St Mary Ave (Winnipeg)Time frame: 6 weeks (September 23rd to October 28th)Meetings: 5:30pm to 7:30pm (2 hours, with a 15 minute break) Registration is now closed.
