About the event
Black Trans+ Lives Matter.
This Black History Month, we want to remind you that the rights we have today came directly from Black Trans+ Women who fought for their lives.
Yet, to this day, they are still the most marginalised in our community, more likely to be victims of hate crimes, and murdered simply for existing. This is not okay.
This month, and every month, we remember those who came before us and those still with us. They deserve better.
We march for them.
