A Change of Art: Reframing the Menopause

What is it?FREE 10 week art therapy group for women living in a Leeds postcode area who are experiencing perimenopause & menopause, including physical health related and surgically induced menopause. Each week will focus on using art and creativity to navigate the changes in our lives . Building on strengths and shared experiences to find new ways to live well in this transformative phase of life. No previous art skill required, just your willingness to take part is all you need.
