About this place Tom's

Tom's is a long-running gay cruise bar in a basement at Viamonte 638 in San Nicolás, just off pedestrian Calle Florida in central Buenos Aires. There's no sign outside, only the street number. Inside there's a bar, DVD booths with glory holes, a maze, a darkroom and a leather area in the lower level. It's men-only cruising, not a social bar, and the crowd is mostly local. There are no hours in our data and the microcentro is quiet at night, so check recent reviews before you go. The usual rules apply: keep your phone and wallet secure, take condoms, and respect a no.

It's very expensive and nobody goes... What a shame they can't realize they're going to lose a traditional place. They took away its best feature, the lounge with the orange seats, and replaced them with some buckets and a mattress where nobody goes. A real shame.
