Yesterday we celebrated two birthdays. Seating hadn't been reserved for all the guests (which had been arranged beforehand), and it took over an hour and a half to add more chairs, leaving everyone crammed together. There were two waiters, but the guests had to do their jobs: finding chairs and napkins, and placing orders individually at the register. The food order didn't arrive on time; it took another hour for a delivery of three pizzas and three orders of fries per table. We had two tables with more than 15 people each. The next delivery was also delayed, and there weren't enough deliveries. The entrance fee included all of this, but it wasn't respected. We didn't have a good time for the reception. Areas for improvement: a better manager, more helpful waiters, a more empathetic bartender, a faster kitchen, and better reservation scheduling. The furniture isn't suitable for such a small space and makes dancing difficult. The bathrooms also need cleaning, and there was no water in the women's restroom.
