A cozy place, very good air conditioning, in all the rooms we stayed in, the front room has a balcony and is particularly beautiful. It reminds me a bit of grandma's house, nostalgic. The receptionists are good, especially the one who works during the day who made a great effort to help me even though I was sick. The breakfast is good. We also hear the macaws nearby during the day. I believe they stay in some trees in the back.

Terrible hotel, poor service, rude staff, both day and night. I stayed 5 days and they didn't clean the room even once. I went out for exams and arrived at almost 1 PM and they asked me to vacate the room, extremely disrespectful to customers. I left this hotel, I found a top-notch and inexpensive one called Hotel Alvorada in the central sector.
