Royal Palms Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Palms Hotel over Christmas. The property is extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for. Our room was spotless, and all the amenities felt newly refreshed or new. Housekeeping is truly top tier. It was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff really made the experience special. Muriel at the front desk was exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Cassius during breakfast service was always friendly and attentive. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The free shuttle service to Hamilton is a great perk and we never had to wait more than a few minutes, which made getting around very easy and convenient. A couple of minor notes: soundproofing between rooms could be better, and while breakfast was fine, it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel. The evening happy hour is lovely though, and a good way to meet other guests. Overall, Royal Palms is a lovely, comfortable, and well-run property, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We’ve stayed at Royal Palms since 2013 and love it. It’s a small boutique hotel with impeccably maintained building and grounds located within easy walking distance of Hamilton. On top of that, Royal Palms has the best service we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended!

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Cute place to stay and you’re able to walk into town. One of my favorites when we visit.

Very nice hotel

My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Palms this past week. If you are looking for a boutique hotel with character and charm with the very best team to wait on you, look no further. We were made to feel like Royalty . We were well attended to by everyone from the front desk team ( I do wish I could remember everyone's names ) to those who came by to clean our room ( 5 star cleanliness ) , to waiters at the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate to fuel us for a day of sight seeing. Thank you Bali for your smile in the morning as we sat down to breakfast in the delightful sunroom viewing the garden. We will definitely recommend Royal Palms to friends and family and we certainly plan on being returning guests, like so many that we met at the evening wine social. Thank you everyone ! Enjoyed a dinner with colleagues for a special occasion. Food was tasty and service was A+ as normal. I didn't hear any complaints from my table. Only went for a meal, didn't stay here.
