I was a little skeptical about staying in Rosemère, being used to five-star hotels in downtown Montreal. However, with five children, Maison de l’Enclos turned out to be the perfect solution. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from Marilou, whose exceptional service far exceeded our expectations. The house is simply spectacular: spacious, impeccably maintained, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Everything is designed to make your stay pleasant and worry-free. We also loved the amenities, the delicious breakfast, and the beautiful grounds surrounding the house. Every detail contributes to creating a memorable experience. I recommend this place without hesitation. A true discovery that completely charmed us. Thank you to the entire team for this exceptional stay!
The receptionist tried to scam me by telling me that my standard room wasn't ready and that she has no idea on when it will be. So my only option is to get instead a two floor suite for double the price!! Very unprofessional...
Hotel not nearly as nice as suggested. Rooms are old and smelly. They literally put a double bed mattress on a queen base. Very noisy AC, leaky toilets and a noisy drain in the middle of the bathroom. Doesnt look well taken care of. No discount for the spa either. Very disappointed and wouldnt recommand.
