Nice, reasonably priced hotel close to downtown NOTL. Despite being near a busy road, it was very quiet at night. The rooms are fairly basic, but they have all the necessary amenities. The only thing missing is blackout curtains; the blinds do not block enough light. The hotel manager, Inna, was very helpful in arranging an early room cleaning so we could check in earlier. The breakfast was better than expected, although the service was a bit slow. We will likely return in the fall.
Friendly staff and clean rooms!
We stayed this past weekend and had a lovely, comfortable stay. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to have a few hooks in the washroom for makeup bags, towels etc and for all washroom to be equipped with toilet plungers so you can avoid having to ask for one 😜
Nine Vines is a B&B on a relatively quite street. Inna, the manger was very accommodating and personable. Alex, the breakfast chef, made to order breakfasts. We stayed a week, atypical, so were the only ones at breakfast on 2 different days. They have bikes to borrow for free to roam about the nearby flat landscape - flat for miles. One day we rented electric bikes nearby to side into Niagara Falls. Very scenic. I put in 70km that day. We had a spacious and clean king bed room. It was a little sparse on furniture. A few modernizations would be nice - elongated toilet, towel rack, and safety bar in the bathroom. A larger table would have been nice. There are two different bar and grills within 2 blocks, so, very convenient when we didn't want to drive to have dinner. Nine Vines has a restaurant open 5 nights a week, Wednesday thru Sunday, with a lovely adult menu. Drinks, beer and wine are available with local wines featured. There are wineries everywhere in this town!
We stayed at Nine Vines Hotel after getting married and wanting to spend time in the Niagara on the Lake area. The Hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Relatives from out of country sent us a nice flower arrangement and chocolates and the staff took the time to put the arrangement in a Hotel vase and leave them in our room before we arrived there which such a nice surprise that made our special day even better which we appreciated. I would recommend this Hotel to any friends or colleagues ,all aspects of our stay were above expectations with special mention to the complimentary breakfast and all of this for good value.
Welcoming, lovely and slightly off the chronicly bustling main street, 9 Vines Hotel provides a quieter, cozy, immaculate and relaxing NOTL boutique stay experience. Inna, the 9 Vines Manager, checks to ensure you have everything you need to make the most of your experience. The hotel breakfast, provided in the on-site Mdina Restaurant is generous, very delicious and varied. We also booked and enjoyed an incredible dinner in the restaurant. You'll want to book for dinner because it's rapidly becoming a hotspot, as is the hotel. Thank you 9 Vines Hotel for a wonderful, delicious getaway!
