DISABLED VETERANS...DO NOT DEPEND ON YOUR RESERVATION!!!! Even booking your room through Mariott's website is no guarantee that this won't happen to you. I was attending a conference in DC. I booked a hotel for 3 nights. 4 days before arrival...."Oh...our computers overbooked the hotel" Well...I am an IT professional and computers always get the blame. I am a disabled veteran and they did me DIRTY! The sent me to another hotel for ONE night and made me walk to the their hotel IN THE MORNING BEFORE THE OPENING DAY of my conference. "We will comp the room at the other hotel." NO GOOD TO ME. I am traveling business, with my disability, and I had to go through the hassle of changing hotels. "Well, you could just stay there" NO!!!!! I wanted the kitchen in the hotel because I have trouble getting out to restaurants! I REALLY should have just gone to a StayBridge and stayed there. So much for being a Marriott Bonvoy Member.

It's my regular stop coming in and out of DC Reagan Airport. Everything I want or need in hotel accommodations.

I updated my review three times giving them the benefit of the doubt but after much consideration I stand by 1 star rating. Elevators are slow, breakfast is terrible and front desk people are not upfront about some issues.
