We had an amazing stay. Clean. Reasonable in pricing. Alami at the lobby bar is one of a kind. Take good care of him. Loved it
Beds are very comfortable and they are very accommodating to your needs and comfort
Marcos is amazing!’
The main facilities were fine overall and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was outdated though, with some wallpaper peeling off. The AC ran constantly and seemed to have a hard time cooling to temperature, but manually adjusting the air direction helped with this some. The bed and pillows left much to be desired in terms of comfort. As someone highly allergic to dust mites, definitely recommend bringing some allergy relief if you're sensitive as well. Parking is $51/night and breakfast is available but not included ($20+ per person).
My stay at the DoubleTree Hotel for two nights was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty from the moment we arrived, with dirt throughout the room and shower, stains on the sheets, and what appeared to be bed bugs. The room was also infested with ants, and even after I requested and received new sheets, there were still ants and dirt present. We also noticed a large stain on the carpet that looked like blood, which was very concerning. When my roommates and I adjusted the air by just one notch, the heater began smoking and produced a strong burning smell. To make matters worse, the woman at checkout was very rude, especially toward other students staying at the hotel with me. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
