About this place Hotel Polaris at the U.S. Air Force Academy
Hotel Polaris opened on 14 November 2024 just outside the north gate of the US Air Force Academy, with 375 rooms and a mid-century aviation design. It's run by CoralTree Hospitality and sits next to the Academy's new visitor centre.
It's a mainstream hotel that we list as gay-friendly, not a gay hotel. It's about 20 miles north of downtown, so it suits Academy visits and the drive to Denver more than a night out at ICONS.
