Dirty outdated rooms... no tissues or toilet paper...Dirt garbage pails and stained/sticky chairs to sit in... No 3:30am wake up call due to overnight front desk person sleeping on chair in lobby. Almost missed my flight back home..yes I have pictures...also a/c unit so dirty cant get air in...

This place is hurting. The staff is super nice and helpful but the room was awful. An elevator was down, the ice machines didn’t work on multiple floors, the hallway smelled like rot, the shower had no water pressure, the grout was molded in the bathroom, the mini fridge was frozen over, the pillows were flat. It’s conveniently located so I hope it gets the renovation it needs.

I am Hilton Honors frequent business traveller to major metros. I understand this hotel is going through a renovation, but I have share with travelers that on my date of visit this was one of my worst HGI guest room experiences. Room was dirty. Patches in walls, stains on carpet. Fixtures old. I felt compelled to share my experiences. I woke up when the Starbucks nearby opened so I could get my coffee and get out as soon as possible.

This hotel is dirty and smells! The pool was cloudy. They have the air conditioning on a timer. So it will only stay on the setting you put it on for a few minutes then it resets to turn the air conditioning off and is at 74 degrees fan only. Remodeling was a joke. Don’t stay here.
