The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club

We want to thank Johana for the wonderful welcome she gave us from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, attentiveness, and helpfulness during the check-in process made everything very easy and enjoyable. As for the accommodation, everything was great. The place met our expectations; it was comfortable and in good condition. Thank you, Johana, for your excellent service and hospitality.

Luiza is great! However, I only met her once! I stayed 13 days at the hotel, the cleanliness was mediocre, regrettable! Refund of 100 dollars, we left the hotel on May 31st and until today, June 15th, nothing! I'm waiting for it in my Nomad account. I'm waiting for the refund! I hope they comply because it would be very irresponsible!

This resort was the best ever. It has any vibe that you want. All the stay members are so welcoming and helpful. Great location, very clean, and so many options.

i’m staying here now and ordered food that came without utensils so I first went downstairs and asked at the restaurant connected to the hotel for a fork and they said they aren’t affiliated with the hotel (even though i have to walk through the restaurant to get to my room) and refused to give me a fork so i went to the front desk in the lobby where the guy was also super rude to me and would not give me a fork. seems like an insanely small thing that’s easy to accommodate but they refused. The set up of the hotel is also bizarre, the lobby is a different building than where my room is and i have to walk on the public street to get between them (and through the taco restaurant) idk im pretty pissed trying to eat pasta with my hands now when the hotel has multiple restaurants and bars and could have easily leant me a fork.

The service and staff at the hotel were truly incredible. Santiago, who checked us in, was very attentive and explained all the hotel's facilities. As an added bonus, there's a completely free gym on the beach, Ocean Drive, just 15 minutes from the hotel. Everything was perfect! It's true the hotel is a little dated, but the location and the staff more than make up for it! Thank you!!

I was worried by some of the Air bnb reviews BUT Johanna, made the experience 10/10, check in was literally less than 5 mins. Got me in early, no hassle and a sweetheart!
