Out Montclair

Out Montclair is the township's LGBTQ+ nonprofit, launched in April 2021 to build visibility, support and solidarity for the queer community of Montclair and the surrounding area. It runs year-round social and educational programming — support groups, teen events, Pride bike rides and community mixers — and produces the annual Montclair Pride Festival, which since 2022 has grown into one of New Jersey's largest Pride celebrations. As a community organization rather than a storefront, Out Montclair is best reached online at outmontclair.org.
