November 3, 2025. Booked through a 3rd party. Called for an early check in. The lady was super kind. Upon arrival I met her, she was so nice. I did read reviews after I booked and found out about the construction. I'm glad I knew about it or I'd be sad. The hotel really is under construction, not just paint. The room was one of the remodeled ones. It was ok. Clean enough to sleep. Sure there were a few long black hairs but they didn't bother me, some suff under the bed like trash, again didn't bother me. The location is perfect. Walk to a lot of places. The noise from the construction was minimal and I didn't have any issues with hot water. I'd stay here again.

The rooms are dated and need serious work. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was bare and poorly lit. There is a major renovation taking place but that was not indicated anywhere on the hotel site. Walls are very thin. The water pressure in the shower was literally a drip. Hot water was not even an option. The door to the bathroom was an unfinished sliding door without any handles or locks. Very disappointed. The only upside is location and proximity to Old Scottsdale.

While this hotel is located in a great spot, and has high potential once their remodel is done, I do not think it is in condition for guests to book at this time. When looking online, the false advertising shows a beautiful hotel, with a vibrant lobby, and pool, along with beautifully re done rooms. Upon arrival to my stay two weeks ago, we were directed to a make shift lobby of a fold out table and chairs. When we got to our room, the sliding door was broken and wouldn't lock, and the main door to the room closed and locked, but didn't fit the door hole properly and you could see through the edges into the hallway. The room seemed to have been updated, however the bathroom still had mildew and mold on the ceilings, and the showers were covered in dirt on the floor. To top it all off, there was no hot water. I called the front desk, and they simply told me with the construction they couldn't guarantee hot water as the water gets turned on and off frequently. If my 18 month old daughter hadn't already been asleep for the night after a long travel day, I would not have stayed even one night at this hotel. However, the front desk was kind and sympathetic to the issues and refunded my entire stay without any issue. I do think this hotel has potential and maybe after they are FINISHED with the renovation it will be a good place to stay, however I do not think they should be booking rooms while construction is going on given the state of the rooms, lack of hot water, and false advertising leading to consumers not having access to full amenities advertised.

Absolutely stay away from this hotel or motel or whatever you want to call it. I understand that there was construction going on but the place was advertised online as a 4 star stay when in reality it was less than a Motel 6 standard believe it or not. My Shower had no hot water and was covered in pink mildew with rust stains all over bath tub. The Mini Fridge was so loud that I had to unplug and therefore I lost a meal. The floors made my socks black instantly slimy and filthy joint. I spoke to the manager and he basically said there nothing he could do about it. I tried to give them a chance to give me a room with hot water and he couldn’t even accommodate that in entire property. Therefore, I had to let the internet know, stay away unless you want a less than Motel 6 experience in the middle of Scottsdale which I didn’t know existed.

We were aware they were remodeling and had little amenities. What we were not prepared for was no hot water to take a shower. We had no time to try and switch rooms. Sad one has to test the hot water situation before accepting a room. Pathetic

Just so everyone is aware, the hotel is under extreme renovation and nothing is literally working. No gym, no wellness center no hotel, so definitely book at your own risk. I’m surprised that they’re even allowing guests during this time Oct 22- 2025.

The location was great if you want to walk around old town or go to the performance center. However they were under construction and the pictures on line were very misleading. I thought this was a Hotel but its a Motel. I had a stain on my bottom sheet which I didnt notice till I was leaving because I slept in the living room area on the couch as there is no TV in the bedroom area. I could hear my neighbors next to me and on top All Night and day. They also started construction right outside my room at 715 am. When I checked in they just gave me the key no "normal etiquette" such as the pool is closed or we dont have breakfast anything. I actually had to call because the main office is under construction and the sign saying we're check in was tiny and didnt even say the motel name.

Everything was in renovation

We had no idea it would be such a hot mess from a renovation. The staff at check in were very nice. The room is obviously is desperate need of a renovation. The hallway was filthy. We had a main street room which was hirrbly noisy all night. With that said, the hotel is within walking distance of downtown Old Town which is super fun.

Wow - we had a private (adult) event here and they aggresively carded all of our female guests and threatened all out of state IDs. Then upon leaving after the event security grabbed our drinks in the lobby and said we couldn't have them after spending several thousands on the event. Just strange. No - do not go here. Wild interactions for a "high end hotel"...this was a conference not a college party and they treated us extremely poorly.

Perfect location and cool hotel. Although it was under renovation everything was nice! Myles is fantastic. He was super accommodating since i got lost looking for the lobby and helped me get everything squared away in no time. Super kind people and super professional team. Highly recommend now and I cant wait for the remodel!
