This advanced course builds on the foundational concepts from Emotional Intelligence: Exploring the Fundamentals, guiding you to recognize the powerful link between emotions, behavior, and performance. You'll learn to identify personal triggers that can impact workplace interactions and gain practical strategies to navigate them effectively.

In this session, you will:

Explore how emotions drive your actions and influence your performancePinpoint personal triggers and understand their impact on workplace dynamics.Practice mindfulness techniques to align your actions with your core values.Develop strategies to manage impulsive reactions, even under pressure.Cultivate resilience to maintain a positive outlook during challenging times.This course provides immediately applicable tools to enhance your self-awareness and emotional regulation, ultimately improving both your professional effectiveness and your workplace relationships.

This is the second course in our three-part EI training series. Although not a prerequisite, we recommend completing Emotional Intelligence: Exploring the Fundamentals beforehand to ensure a strong foundation.
