Overall just an amazing experience and made a tough subject easy to approach thanks Julie and The Den adult concepts. PS no wonder she is the manager staff like her are not easy to find...

Small, dusty and hot, over inflated prices. Not much variety

Me and my wife went into the shop asking for some Amyl got straight up rejected from the lady at the counter. Then sent in our male friend who walked in and the cashier was lovley to him and gave him 3 options. Feel like this was very sexist and rude. Me and my wife felt very judged. Avoid at all costs sexist shop!!

The heavley tattooed lady that made my first encounter to a sex shop one I will never forget , from the minute I walked in you made me feel comfortable and at ease . Your customer service is above amazing it’s commendable to your employees for employing such great staff . I will be returning definitely without doubt , thank you again your boss should be happy to have you on board , but I can’t say the same about the heat conditions of your shop , they need to fix the A/C it was quite uncomfortable but besides that 10/10 customer service the den Jimmy

I want to say that tall blonde lady who works at the den thank you very much for making my time in your store feel very comfortable and welcoming. But your paitence is beyond anything I could deal with the aircon not working in this heat is disgraceful, but you had smile on your face regardless how hot it was in that shop. The den managers fix the aircon your employees nor customers should have to work or shop in that without aircon

Always a pleasure dealing with all staff members. They are knowledgeable and customer focused. Highly recommend them. A++
