Assisted us check in early, I like the kitchen set up, fully equipped to prepare your own meal. Just the daily coffee, tea and sugar should be refreshed without requesting.

Large clean rooms. Easy check in process after hours. Great value for money.

Stayed in room 200. The carpet was stained, the curtains were ripped, the bathroom was sterile and the bed springs were so soft that I woke up with a sore back. This isn't what you'd expect from a hotel, especially for $170/night. Asked for a coffee plunger, at 8pm, the reception had packed up already. Got given coffee packets instead, in the morning.

Very disappointed with this hotel….it’s extremely expensive for what it offers. I understand that gather round bangs up prices but $457 per night is outrageous. We booked via bookings.com not knowing this is an Accor hotel. How Accor has become involved here is beyond my wildest dreams. We have putrid carpet. A TV that’s dusty and old as the hills. A view of an ugly large brick wall, and have to walk down 4 blocks in the rain for breakfast. Until now we have only just realised you must request house keeping, So now it’s day 3 and our last night and we are taking out our own rubbish and reusing our towels. On one positive note the female staff at reception are just lovely. Would I stay here again? No way! Don’t bother paying for breakfast it’s not on the property and it’s very basic,

We were charged $57 for the car park which was just overnight.

Highly recommended . A 5 star at 3 star prices. Book direct with to hotel to save them/guests paying extortionate comissions to Booking.com and similar booking platforms. Exquisitely appointed accomodation.

Solid value for the price, good location walking distance to major spots in the city. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay but 1-2 nights is comfortable.

Really nice, quite and central place to stay. $198 for a 2 bedroom room with a king and 2 double beds for 3 adults and a child. Only downside I see with this place is it's street parking.

Would not consider this a boutique or 4 star hotel. Rooms felt very dark and dingy
