man at reception is extremely rude, it’s a run down building, and over priced per night not worth the hassle staying there, only saving grace is the location being in a good spot

Great location, secure parking, our first room was dirty, stained bed, dirty shower etc. My friends room had leftovers in fridge and no milk. The manager was helpful and got another room for us.

Front desk staff were friendly however the bathroom was unclean, the television didn't work properly and the rooms weren't serviced. The renovations outside the window was disturbing. Perhaps there should be notification of this when bookings are made. The minimal fridge was not working at the right temperature.

Good Luck!! The hotel has brutal wifi, I learned on my 5th day from teh Asst Manager that only local sites are not blocked. All otheers were blocked. I had to go to McDonalds to book an airline tix. After 2 days I wanted to leave because I needed wifi, manager refused to let me leave and refund my nights. Unethical. When asking for the manager the asst manager started to yell at me and said I shoudlnt complain, I of course yelled back then walked away from the desk, he came from behind the desk and threatened me. WOW, For the manager reading this it was 2pm Monday so check your camera. Also no maid sevice for the week I was there, I had to ask her on the 5th day. Id rather sleep on the street.

Avoid right now. Construction within metres will have you awake - whether you like it or not - by 7:15 Sharp. Staff are also inflexible on very reasonable requests. (In advance to a potential response by the hotel: arrangements with third party booking sites should never diminish your ability to be able to find solutions with your customers, particularly when the requests are reasonable). Update: drilling and hammering from in-house as well.

Charged my card after checking out, for mini bar purchase that I did not take. When I called to question it staff was very snappy & rude.

Clean the room every 3 days only

Staff are friendly and rooms are clean but that’s about it. Don’t expect luxury or comfort.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Horrible horrible experience. It was our wedding night, the shower water was completely cold, tv did not work, Spa tap wasn’t working properly and also cold water. The staff were so rude when we told them about the issue during our stay and upon check out. Followed it up with staff the day after on the 27/10, being completely confrontational when trying to resolve this with staff not letting me speak and yelling on the phone to me! No empathy or care what so ever.
