Visitors praise the excellent and convenient location, with easy access to Tenjin and nearby restaurants and shops. Some reviewers found the accommodation clean and well-equipped, appreciating the stylish interior and full-function facilities like the water dispenser. However, a common complaint is that the location can be difficult to reach with luggage, and some wished for more than one toilet or a separation of the toilet and shower facilities.

First of all, the location is excellent. It is easy to get anywhere on foot, and there are many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The accommodation is a duplex; the first floor features a small kitchen, a bar-style seating area for eating, and a bathroom (with the toilet, washing machine, sink, shower, and bathtub arranged in a row), while the second floor has space for two beds and an extra mattress. It is decent for a family of four, though not spacious enough to fully open all the suitcases on the first floor. Of course, it is very spacious compared to a hotel. A major advantage is the large refrigerator, and perhaps because it is a new building, it is very clean! Although it operates unmanned, it was convenient that services like luggage storage before check-in could be used at the reception of another nearby hotel.
I had a great stay. It was convenient to get to Tenjin, and I liked that there was a famous restaurant right in front. Perhaps because it hasn't been long since it opened, the condition of the accommodation is clean and good. If I visit Japan again, I would like to stay here again.
Being a new building, it is clean and the location is excellent. I would like to visit again. They checked if I needed anything before check-in and took care of it. They were kind with every answer and responded quickly.
The facilities are full-function, and I really appreciate the water dispenser. Easy check-in and check-out process. The location is a little difficult to reach, especially when there are many luggages to carry. Moreover, I wished that there could have been more than one toilet, or maybe separate the toilet and the shower. Additionally, please revise the trash management policy because it was confusing.
Pros The interior was stylish and not only photogenic, but also comfortable to stay in. The convenient location and easy access are major advantages. There was a convenience store within walking distance, which made it easy to do small purchases. A full range of tableware and cutlery was provided, making it convenient for simple meals or multiple-night stays. The second floor had tatami flooring, allowing guests to relax without shoes, which was a nice touch. Overall, the concept and atmosphere felt well thought out. Cons On the other hand, after actually staying there, I was left with some dissatisfaction with minor usability issues. Tissues were only available in the sink, and there were several times when I wanted to use them in the living room or bedroom. There was no full-length mirror in the entrance hall, which made it inconvenient for me to check my appearance before going out. Additionally, there was no trash can on the second floor, so I had to use the stairs every time I wanted to throw out the trash. In terms of power outlets, there were few outlets on the first floor, and while there were some around the beds on the second floor, there weren't any near the tables, making it unsuitable for using a laptop or charging it. Also, although it is stated on the official website, some people may find it inconvenient that skincare amenities such as lotion and milk are not provided. On the other hand, the hair dryers used are from KINUJO, which I think is a point of attention to detail. The facilities and space themselves are good, but I feel they should have taken a step further to consider the flow of guests and how they actually use the facilities. Overall, it's a shame that the facility could have been rated higher if it had been more complete.
Located in Tenjin, it offers quick access to Tenjin Station. The Hakata area is also within a 20-minute walk. The bathrooms are spacious and include a washing machine. There's also a bar-like space, making it a great place for a quick bite. Everything was clean, as it was newly renovated.
Although it's located in a very busy area, I think it's perfect for families, girls' trips, or solo travelers looking for a little luxury and relaxation. It's very comfortable to be able to lounge on the tatami mats on the second floor. However, the water server connected directly to the water mains only goes up to 70°C, which is a fine temperature for drinking tea, but I thought it might be a bit inconvenient for instant ramen or soup. A kettle would be even better. (There are two induction stoves and several types of frying pans, though...) It was also a bit inconvenient that there were no trash cans on the second floor. The location is great, and it's a new building, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
