Cebu City Sports Complex

The public pool and grounds of the Cebu City Sports Complex on Osmeña Boulevard have a long-standing reputation as a low-key evening cruising spot, with activity typically picking up around closing time in the early evening. The crowd is mixed and strictly 18+. It is a public municipal facility, so the scene is discreet and tolerated rather than official. Same-sex activity is legal nationwide, but local decency ordinances apply — be respectful of other facility users, keep contact discreet, and take anything further somewhere private. Standard urban precautions apply after dark.
