HOSI Vienna, Austria’s oldest LGBTQ+ political organization, started in 1979.

This isn't a bar or a social club. It's an advocacy group, and a serious one. HOSI works directly with politicians, the government, and media to push for lesbian and gay rights across Austria. If you want to understand the political side of LGBTQ+ life here, or connect with people doing the actual work, this is where you go.

You’ll find HOSI at 14 Heumühlgasse, right in central Vienna. People come here to learn about Austria’s LGBTQ+ history, meet community activists, or even get involved in ongoing campaigns. It's a place for policy discussion and grassroots organizing.
