Special mention goes to the pairing of non-alcoholic beverages, which was original, perfectly conceived, and in perfect harmony with the menu. Fantastic experience! We chose the four-course menu with wine pairings, and it was simply excellent! The servers are mixologists, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the cocktail pairings with our dishes (the same went for the wines). Impeccable, relaxed service, incredibly kind, and even humorous. We had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it, and thank you again to the entire team.
