Excellent! An unbeatable location, with public transport just a couple of blocks away. Restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and attractions like Strasbourg Cathedral are all within walking distance. Very friendly and attentive staff. A very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

We booked a room for three adults for four nights, but they gave us the smallest room in the hotel. Furthermore, when we tried to open the curtains, we could see construction scaffolding, so it was impossible to leave them open. We asked for a room change, and after much insistence, they finally gave it to us. However, the manager, Timothy, had a terrible attitude and offered us a room on the fifth floor, and there was no elevator from the third floor upwards. The room was only cleaned twice out of the four scheduled times. The location is good because it's close to the central station, but bad because the atmosphere in the late afternoon and evening is unsafe (people using drugs, sleeping on the streets, begging).

A very good experience at this establishment, which has a perfect location and helpful, welcoming staff. The only downside: the "basic" rooms are too basic. Small, with a small bed. However, they are very comfortable, with real pluses like the large, well-placed TV, hairdryer, kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities! The breakfast room and breakfast area are absolutely perfect. The bar is a great, original bonus. It's impossible to give less than 5 stars despite the small room. 🙏

I requested a single room, and although it was clean and tidy, I don't know if this is normal, but it was very small for what I paid. Aside from that, the staff and the location were very good.
