It's hard to call this a hotel; it's just a few rooms on one floor. There's been no water for half a day now, the receptionists are apologizing, there are no other rooms, offering a 30 percent discount, and nothing else. I came back from an event, can't take a shower, and I have no idea how to go to the bathroom. And no one cares!

Overall, I loved everything, especially the breakfasts. Kudos to the chef, thank you so much, everything is always delicious and edible. Kudos to the girls at the room cleaning, too, everything was excellent. There were a few minor issues, but the reception staff resolved all issues very quickly, check-in was very fast, and overall, the staff gets a solid 5. I have no complaints about the room, most importantly, the bed is comfortable. Thank you!!

My colleague and I stayed at the hotel from September 20th to September 23rd. Our entire experience was ruined on the very first day when a large cockroach crawled out of the coffee machine during breakfast. We couldn't believe our eyes at first, but then we saw several more small ones nearby. I immediately lost my appetite for breakfast. We told the staff about it, and he wasn't surprised at all. He said, "Yeah, they're coming from the apartments above." The next morning, it happened again, the same insects again! We called the staff again and showed them cockroaches next to the food, but there was no reaction! On the third morning, we saw cockroaches on the walls, and one crawled onto the table next to our plates. I immediately gagged! That same morning, we saw a hair in an egg; the cook wasn't wearing gloves that morning! Total unsanitary conditions! I've never seen anything like this in any country in the world, not even in Asia! I filed a complaint, and they put a report in my room stating that they had pest control, but the administration didn't apologize for our ruined stay! It feels like they treat us like cattle. So what if there are cockroaches on the food?
