Staff was super nice and helpful ; also terrace was really comforting. Great value for money

The hotel is in such a great location easy for public transport, all the main sites and in the heart of the old city. The staff at the hotel were amazing and friendly and all very helpful. Great breakfast, lovely roof top bar. Our room was a good size with lovely comfortable bed and air conditioning and good sized bathroom. Biggest issue for us was noise from roof top above. general noise and people fine but every night and into the early hours of the morning lots of banging, scraping which meant sleep was disturbed every night. If we had been aware of this we would have asked for a room lower down the building. Room would benefit for a mini fridge to keep drinks cold.

I wish I could give 0 or even negative stars. Absolute nightmare for sleep quality and service. It’s located in an alley where you hear everything all night and all day long. Everytime a drunk group passes by, it seems like they’re yelling directly at your ears. Brought this up to the front desk who just shrugged and brushed off like it was nothing. I couldn’t sleep a single hour due to noise and absolutely the worst place I’ve stayed so far. Don’t stay here at all costs.

Lovely hotel , very close to the centre of the old town. Everything walkable. Rooftop bar was great. Friendly staff , especially the young man in the bar for breakfast. Breakfast was ok but would of preferred more choices

Couldn't recommend highly enough, looked after our group of 21 amazingly, big thanks to David for all his help during the booking too. Make sure you have a drink on the rooftop in the evening. Hopefully see you again soon!

Excellent in every way. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms (you can hear a lot of street noise). We were on the first floor. The rest was fabulous.

The stay was very pleasant, but I thought €195 for one night was very expensive. The internet price isn't the same as what you pay when you arrive at the hotel. This is called "false advertising," meaning, "I was vilely deceived."

A good hotel in the historic center. With good amenities.

The location was perfect with proximity to our conference venue, restaurants, attractions and shopping. Clean and fresh hotel with friendly staff and service. Highly recommended.
