We chose it mostly for location, close to city center and also to train station. Rooms are small but we knew about it and anyway we just needed bed and shower. Breakfast were ok, classic as in many hotels.

Checked in at 1130room was ready at 2.after walking around the center went back and told the receptionist that I already gave my passport for ID. She had no clue gave her my name and she still couldn't find it. Finally I gave her my passport..ok got up to my room..about 930i get a knock on the door. A lady traveling solo i was not doing to answer ..they knocked again went to the door and asked who is it..couldn't hear anyone.i opened door a Crack and it was a different receptionist a d asked for my name...ummmmm why??

Location was great..since I know it was a budget place breakfast was included for 5 nights was a bit much..I told the front desk that there were mosquitoes in the room they had a Fiesta on my legs and arms. I never open the window but guess when the room was cleaned they must have left the window and door open.

A short walk from the center and the port, international breakfast, impeccable service with the option of leaving your luggage before check-in at no extra cost (something not to be taken for granted).

It's a hotel that meets expectations: clean, quiet, air-conditioned, with paid parking in the building, pet-friendly, and quite well located, a 5:10 walk from the Atarazana market and 10-15 minutes from the city center. If you're looking for more, this isn't the hotel for you.

No luggage rack, shower height not adjustable

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, we will definitely be back.

We had a problem with our room and went to complain. We were attended to by Ms. Begoña, and during the complaint she treated us very rudely, making contemptuous comments that she could have easily avoided out of courtesy. She tried to make us feel bad about what we were doing. She was unpleasant, arrogant, and far too rude to be working in a hotel reception area. What a foolish person!

Small space. There's nowhere to put clothes. I loved the 50' TV. Well located. The elevator takes forever to move.
