Malaga Pride

Málaga's Pride kicks off in late June, a distinct event from the larger one in neighbouring Torremolinos. The city council and the Agrupación de Desarrollo LGTBI de Málaga team up to organise it.

In 2026, the festivities ran from 22 to 27 June, with a lineup of free events: film screenings, theatre performances, and talks. On the final Saturday, a march set out from Plaza de la Constitución at 7pm, winding its way to Plaza de la Merced, where the manifesto was read and the party got underway. The next day, a separate, grassroots march - Orgullo Crítico - departed from La Merced.

The 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked.
