It's the best accommodation for families and children, highly recommended.

Lack of cleanliness in the rooms; when we arrived, there was a hair clip that wasn't ours, dirty glasses, and the bathroom mirror was filthy. Lack of cleanliness in the pool and water park. In the newly opened water park: a dead seagull floating in the pool and droppings next to one of the elephants' legs. Adults smoking on the sun loungers. In the Hotel Village pool, there was chewing gum in the water and a woman filing her nails in the pool and rinsing her nail file in the water… Nobody did anything about it. In the dining room, the food was just okay, the head waiter was very unfriendly for a family hotel. And there were shirtless guests… The children's entertainment was a disaster… a hotel in Andalusia and only entertainment in English… they didn't alternate languages at all. Helios, one of the entertainers, was extremely unfriendly. We were with 5 and 2-year-old children, and there was no entertainment for them… they treated us like the foreigners… Of the Meliá chain on the coast, this is by far one of the worst. The Meliá in Zahara de los Atunes is excellent in terms of staff, food, children's entertainment, and even atmosphere. This one, however, has a very unpleasant atmosphere overall… I don't recommend it.

Loved the hotel, Junior suits were great. Themed food every evening and the food was usual spanish hotel quality. Salad bar was very nice, dessert were nice, mains hot food wasn't very hot on one night out of seven. Staff were very good, friendly, polite and very helpful. Hotel was always very clean. Overall were had a great time with our family, we visited the other resort hotels in the evenings which was an added bonus. Shuttle bus to the water park was very useful and the grandkids loved the waterpark too. Taxi to nearby towns cost approx €12 - €18 depending on which side of hotel you went to.

The room had dirty glasses on the first day of our arrival. A stray hair clip that wasn't even ours, a dirty bathroom mirror… LACK OF CLEANLINESS. In the facilities, we found chewing gum in the pool, people smoking, and a foreign woman filing her nails in the pool and rinsing her nail file in it. In the dining room, there were shirtless people. At the water park first thing in the morning, right after opening: a dead seagull floating in the pool, cat or small animal droppings next to the elephants' feet, adults smoking on the sun loungers… zero control, zero hygiene. NOTE that you also pay extra for everything; the water park is separate… drinks, etc. And it seems like the hotel is in a completely different location than Andalusia. All the entertainment staff only speak English, and when I say ONLY ENGLISH, I mean they didn't even say hello in Spanish… On the day of our arrival, Friday, May 29th, in the afternoon, for a supposedly family-friendly hotel, there wasn't a single smile at reception… The children's entertainment was an absolute disaster, only for English children on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, even though this guy named Helios, in charge of entertainment, told us that the Spanish kids' club was… Shameful! The dining room manager… completely unfriendly. If you're Spanish, I highly recommend the Royal Waves Al Andalus and the Chiclana area… because in this hotel, besides the lack of hygiene and friendliness… we Spaniards are treated like foreigners…

A terrible experience. It was impossible to rest with all the noise from the animations and people shouting into their microphones. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is a fantastic hotel food is fairly good for a buffet style establishment. The swimming pools at the hotel has a lot of competition for loungers. There is a lot of space at the beach club thank god. The only negative about the place is the location it is 15 or 20 minutes to the main strips. We got the place at Great value so we cannot complain I have stayed here before.
