Playa del Bajondillo (gay stretch)

The gay stretch of Torremolinos's main beach is the middle of Playa del Bajondillo, in front of Eden Beach Club, ten minutes down the steps from La Nogalera. Locals sometimes call it "Playa de la Nogalera", but no sign says so. It is an ordinary town beach with a gay crowd: swimwear stays on, and there are sunbeds and parasols for rent. The nearest official naturist beach is Guadalmar, on the Málaga side beyond Los Álamos. Summer weekends fill up by midday, so come early for a bed.
