I'm truly impressed by the guest experience that Claire, Thomas and the rest of the staff have provided to our gallery team during Art Basel. From the moment we checked-in and on a daily basis, the team at The Passage have been incredibly attentive, helpful and accommodating in ensuring we are happy and comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the gym is very practical, the sauna a wonderful end-of-day de-stressor and the hotel location is perfect, quiet yet steps away from the tram station, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this hotel- it feels like being at home.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, air-conditioned and well soundproofed, the breakfast is very good, and the staff is very attentive to ensuring our stay is as pleasant as possible. The location is very convenient: close to the train station and Basel's old town. We had a small issue with our room upon arrival, and despite the late hour, this problem was resolved beyond our expectations.
