£30 for a Friday is a bit of a stretch, if you're coming a little earlier and staying on for the evening. The place is ok clientèle-wise on the event nights but feels a bit run down and grubby.
Massive jacuzzi- great for an after work chill out. Small sauna but very friendly. It’s been under a lot of construction, had a lot of down time but it’s almost there. Hopefully it can be finished soon and get to a 5*
Have to say what an absolute pleasure it was paying my first visit to the Boiler Room it had been recommended to me by a few guys at other saunas and despite it being further for me to get there it was easy enough by train and very close by the station was a bonus the facilities are great cheapest entry price and free water tea or coffee was very welcoming along with the extremely helpful staff namely Tom who was great I'd recommend everyone give it a try you will enjoy I'll certainly be returning and looking forward already to my next visit

Thoroughly enjoyable visit. It achieved everything I wanted, clean, friendly, roomy and good company.
The staff are really friendly at the boiler room and the hottub is the best around . Very cosy sauna . Highly recommend a visit .
I just wanted to check about the setup for this Friday’s CumUnion party. Part of what makes CumUnion special is the open-door atmosphere — it’s meant to stay open, not closed. Last time, I noticed the doors could close, and it really changed the vibe of the event.
