No complaints at all. Friendly staff, nice large room which was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a 3 night stay. Location was really good as close to the city centre and main rail station. Nice cafe & Bar alongside reception

Stayed here while on a training course in Newcastle. Rooms to be expected. Handy carpark and good location for all amenities in the town.

Honestly we would come back just for the food!! Suma is an *incredible* cook - we’ll be dreaming about the curry. We had the cauliflower curry and sizzling chicken burger, along with a chocolate fudge cake. The portions were great, can’t say how gorgeous it was, and if we ever come back to Newcastle we’d stay here again just for the food!

Good location for City and a bargain at only £30 for the room on the night I stayed. Bed very comfortable. Room clean and temperature of room good, too. Only issue was that there was quite a lot of traffic noise, but had a great sleep. Apart from traffic, no complaints. Girl (blonde hair and glasses) on reception for check-in/out was friendly and polite.

Windows was not closing completly so the noise was coming from the street. Also for two person three was only one towel. Water in the shower wasn't draining.
