This hotel is absolutely amazing! Kelsey, Anthony, & their colleagues were extremely accommodating & the rooms are absolutely fabulous! Comfy beds, great vibes, & literally zero noise from downstairs on a weekend! I could hear the people from the pub downstairs while I was in the hall, & as soon as I walked into the room, it was like I was in my own private home. Also had an amazing dining experience in Siren, the restaurant downstairs as well as delish drinks in the pub! Highly recommend!

Lovely comfortable hotel with nods to old fire station and gotham Very friendly Welcome drink on arrival Couple things with customer service. Weve stayed in countless hotels moat of time we dont get breakfast but on check its akways offered. This is the first hotel ever when checking in wasnt offered breakfast. Shown to our room case carried was shown where things were in room where restaurant was for evening meal Ate at siren restaurant nice decor smart staff love the pinstriped uniform. Sat down friendly took order explained dishes. Husband ordered bread as a starter i ordered soup of the day. Bread came husband eating it i expected soup to come with his bread. No his plate cleared then my soup was brought to table. I found this odd as expected to eat our starters together. Food was very nice £20 burger cant complain. Was told fries cost extra so husband ordered fries as id had soup i only wanted burger. Two burgers came out two fries came out explained only wanted one. Waiter said its fine have them on us. I would check and ask are they included. Finished food and wine offered dessert. Asked for bill Asked for bill Waiter walked past another table asked for their bill which came straight away. Asked again for bill this time it came On the whole apart from couple little hiccups would recommend and stay again🙂

Just stayed in this great hotel for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with my wife. The hotel is stunning, great rooms, excellent location and the staff offer great service. Chose to do the valet parking which worked really well and the car was back ready for us on check out. Really happy with our stay, thanks to the hotel team!
