LGBTQ+ Community Meditation

This guided meditation group creates a unique space for LGBTQ+ people to foster friendship and practice meditation. The sessions will feature a variety of mindfulness, loving-kindness and
wisdom meditations. There’ll also be sharing and connecting, poetry and
more. Through this, we’ll cultivate a warm awareness of our own
experience and go beyond the individual to explore how we can grow and
flourish as a community. There’ll also be the option to socialise in the
cafe area after.

No prior meditation experience required. Also suitable for those who are
trying to establish a regular practice within a supportive environment.

Sessions are free, with an optional donation towards establishing a
permanent LGBTQ+ community centre. Please note that we are unable to
refund donations.

During this session, the cafe will be closed.

Please ensure that you register before attending.
