Worst customer service in Rio de Janeiro

The space is small and narrow in the rooms, and even in the hall where breakfast is served, there are few places to sit without any tables. When occupancy is high, the bathrooms generate queues, and there are few outlets to charge your cell phone. However, the location is on a dead-end street, which brings security to the hostel, and the location is perfect, being close to the famous Copacabana/Leme beach, Arpoador, and Ipanema and Leblon. The price is fair, and the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, offering city maps for sightseeing options during the day and organizing group outings to enjoy the nightlife in LAPA.

My experience was great, a pleasant and well-located place, close to tourist attractions as well as the beach, subway, shopping malls, and police station. The service from reception to the cleaning staff was excellent; everyone was very friendly and helpful. There's a great little party on weekends in the common area for those who like that. I stayed in a shared room for 10 people, most of whom were Argentinians, nice people ❤️ I loved being around them, they were respectful people! I made many friends. Regarding security, just be careful with your personal belongings; when you leave, store and lock your locker, and that's it, just enjoyment without any hassles.
